The Mission

Our mission is to help older adults live their lives to the fullest – beginning with a relaxing place to call home. With that commitment in mind, Maple Knoll participates in a unique program implemented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), formally identified as Section 8/202 [Supportive Housing for the Elderly]. Through this program, Maple Knoll is allowed to expand our affordable senior housing to anyone over the age of 62 who has an income under 50 percent of the area median.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is not involved in the day-to-day operations of any Section 8/202 residence, even though they are built and run by private, non-profit groups who have received loan incentives from HUD.  Rents on all Section 8/202 residences are calculated according to income; any balance that remains can be paid with rental assistance funds. All information is verified.

As the parent company for Corbly Trace, The Meadows, and Mt. View Terrace, Maple Knoll Communities, Inc. works conscientiously with staff and residents to manage and maintain these properties.  We are proud to present them to the senior community for leasing, and welcome your inquiries. For more information or to request an application packet, please call 513-821-3357.
