Mt. View Terrace is a community for seniors at least 62 years of age or those at least 18 years old and in need of an accessible unit in accordance with HUD requirements. At Mt. View Terrace, rent includes all utilities (air conditioning, heat and electric) except for telephone service and cable. Our studio and one-bedroom apartments are situated on a lovely campus with a country setting.
Apartments come with equipped kitchens which are located at one end of the main living/dining area. Most apartments have tub cut outs for easier entrance to and egress from the bath tub. Heat and air conditioning are individually controlled within the apartment. Our building has three levels serviced by an elevator or two stairways. Our one-bedroom apartments are laid out just like the diagram or the mirror image. Fully equipped studio apartments are also available.
To qualify for residency individuals must meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Rent is based on income and each resident is required to pay 30 percent of his or her adjusted annual income. All information is verified.
Mt. View Terrace has excellent maintenance 24/7 and security monitoring features. Service Coordination is offered to our residents who may be seeking outside services, and you can enjoy using the visiting Library services. Mt. View Terrace is a smoke free facility.
Each apartment has three closets; a sizable entry way closet, a linen closet and a large bedroom closet.
