Join us as we celebrate the renewal of the Maple Knoll Communities and University of Cincinnati Affiliation!

Since 2012, Maple Knoll Communities and The University of Cincinnati have helped prepare a manuscript for tomorrow’s leaders through a formal affiliation. In addition to intergenerational relationships, opportunities to age in place and telehealth services, this collaboration became the testing ground for innovative student projects aimed at detecting falls, preventing medication errors and making life easier for an aging population. The affiliation allows engineering, nursing and medical students to pursue innovative research in areas that directly affect older adults and healthcare as a whole.

Together, these two generations can make a lasting impact by embracing technology and creative, quality programming throughout our community.

To date, over 3,500 students and 750 residents have been positively impacted by the partnership.
