Pricing and Accomodations
Maple Knoll Village is a non-profit community for people 62 and older, and is owned and operated under the authority of Maple Knoll Communities, Inc.
Maple Knoll provides services including residential accommodations, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. We have a policy of non-discrimination. All services and accommodations of the community are available to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, blindness, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, or sponsor.
Residential Accommodations
To apply for residency at Maple Knoll Village, you must complete the Admission Record (one for each person) and the Financial Statement.
The completed forms, plus a $500 processing fee, should be delivered to the Marketing Department. A marketing specialist will help coordinate the remainder of the application process. This application fee is non-refundable.

Maple Knoll Village has created a unique program that provides older adults a rewarding lifestyle, while assuring they receive quality care and services whenever needed.
We offer a variety of financial options and monthly fees to align with the neighborhood you select in our continuing care retirement community.
Traditional Declining Refund Plan
Maple Knoll Communities offers a Traditional Declining Refund Plan for all cottages and deluxe apartments. This plan includes a one-time lump sum payment, known as the Entrance Fee. Ten percent (10%) of the Entrance Fee is retained by the community upon payment, while the remaining ninety percent (90%) amortizes over a 48-month period. Any unamortized portion of that 90% is refunded at the end of the resident’s stay at Maple Knoll Village.
If a resident permanently relocates to another level of care within Maple Knoll Village’s continuum of care, the Monthly Service Fee will be applied from the remaining unamortized portion of the Entrance Fee until it is depleted. Once the Entrance Fee has been fully used, the resident will then be responsible for the ongoing Monthly Service Fee.
