Corbly Trace Senior Housing
Corbly Trace is an affordable, income-based seniors-only apartment community for those ages 62 and over. At Corbly Trace, rent includes all utilities (air conditioning, heat, and electric, etc.) except for telephone service and cable.
Our 44 one-bedroom apartments are situated on a lovely campus with a country setting.
The Apartments
All apartments feature an open floor plan concept with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. Each apartment bathroom features a sizeable walk-in shower for easy entrance. Heat and air conditioning are individually controlled within the apartment. Our building has two levels serviced by an elevator or two stairways. Our one-bedroom apartments are laid out just like the diagram to the right or the mirror image of the floorplan.
To qualify for residency individuals must meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Rent is based on income and each resident is required to pay 30% of his or her adjusted annual income. All information will be verified.
Pets
We are a pet friendly campus. Cats and small dogs under 30 pounds are welcome. A pet deposit is required and can be paid over several months in installments as low as $10 per month. The pet deposit is refundable according to the community pet policy.
Benefits
Our community features on-site maintenance and 24/7 security monitoring features. Service Coordination is offered to all our residents in the event they need outside services. Corbly Trace is a smoke free facility.
Common Areas
Corbly Trace sits back from the road on beautifully landscaped grounds. Residents are welcome to utilize any of the common areas to socialize, enjoy the big screen TV, work on a puzzle, or play games with their neighbors. An on-site library is also available for reading enjoyment.
Laundry
On-site laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor with four washers and four dryers. Upon move-in, each resident will receive a laundry card that can be reloaded with funds using the self-service machine in the laundry room.
Parking
On-site resident parking is available with the option of a carport rotation. All residents are free to have a car on campus as long as the car is functional and fully insured, as required by law.
Storage Space
Each apartment has four closets including an entryway closet, a kitchen pantry, a linen closet, and a large bedroom closet.
